  • 02 Do I have access to my server?

    You have full access to your WordPress backend. Optionally, the customer area (Q3 2026) with backup status, scan logs and invoices.

  • 03 What if I leave you?

    You get a full site export plus DB dump. No vendor lock-in. No exit friction.

  • 04 Where are the servers?

    Data centre in Nuremberg, Germany. ISO 27001-certified, GDPR-compliant, 100% renewable power. (The provider is named in our privacy notice.)

  • 05 What does a migration cost?

    Included from "System" upward. Standalone (without follow-on hosting) from €290 — depending on site complexity and webshell load.

  • 06 What's the relationship with LOORY?

    LOORY is our own SaaS platform (loory.ai). We run it on the same infrastructure we use for hosting customers. So we know first-hand what hosting under load means.
